• Where is China and what is known about China
• Greetings in Chinese
• Demonstration of Chinese writing, known as pictographs: from picture, to symbol to character.
• Chinese food (a Chinese recipe book with pictures) and utensils (china bowl, spoon, chopsticks…).
• Four inventions of ancient China
• Introducing a typical day in the life of Chinese school children (will show children books, writing papers…).
• Chinese New Year and other festivals
• Listening to a children’s song in China
• Enjoying a fan dance with Chinese music/song
• A gift of Chinese red pocket with Chinese money in it
